{"id":300,"date":"2019-02-23T04:35:03","date_gmt":"2019-02-23T04:35:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/beintea.ca\/?p=300"},"modified":"2019-02-11T04:35:36","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T04:35:36","slug":"dandelion-tea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/beintea.ca\/fr\/dandelion-tea\/","title":{"rendered":"Dandelion Tea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For those of you with a garden, you can probably spot some dandelions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They grow almost everywhere, but did you know you can eat them too?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dandelions\n are edible, and dandelion salads and dandelion tea are both popular \noptions. Tea made from dandelion leaves is very light and mild, with a \nslight floral taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there is another dandelion drink known as \u2018dandelion coffee\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make this particular \u201ctea\u201d, the production process calls for the roasting of the dandelion\u2019s roots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly, this drink looks (and tastes) a little bit like coffee, and some people even use it as a coffee substitute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Much\n of the supposed health benefits of dandelion tea is as yet unproven by \nresearch, but limited studies (and anecdotal accounts) suggest it may \nhave digestive benefits<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For those of you with a garden, you can probably spot some dandelions from time to time.
